Fans have been speculating ever since the first Spider-Man No Way Home dropped on August 23rd as to when the next trailer date would be.
A source suggested that October 25th would be the date that we'd get a second trailer, and in the last seconds, we'd finally get a glimpse at our 3 Spider-men sharing the big screen together.
However, Daniel Richtman said to a concerned fan and clarified his words, stating that
"the trailer likely won't arrive in the next two to three more weeks, but that the movie "was never delayed:"
Following the MCU Schedule for 2022 and 2023 that was pushed back, that was a question of whether or not the extremely hyped Spider-Man release would be included as one of them. Fortunately, Spider-Man No Way Home will keep it's December 17th release date.

(Benedict Cumberbatch and Tom Holland)
It's yet to be confirmed, but Sony could lose the rights to Spider-Man should they fail to release a film within a 2 year period. The last being 2019 with Far From Home, they would have to release the next installment before 2022. Again, take this with a pinch of salt, as it hasn't been confirmed.
