Tom Hardy Posts Yet Another Venom/Spidey Tease

By Leo Mercier-Ross

This article contains spoilers for the post-credit scene of Venom: Let There Be Carnage

As Spider-Man: No Way Home’s release date approaches closer and closer, a new chapter unfolds on a story we have come to know and love. That’s right folks, Tom Hardy has yet again posted a picture of Venom snacking on Spider-Man on his Instagram. Only to, of course, delete it just a few hours later.

This already happened just a few months ago, before the release of the Venom sequel, where Hardy posted a similar photo of the web-head and the lethal protector interacting. But in a post-Venom: Let There Be Carnage world, the reality of Venom and Spidey appearing together on screen is now more of a question of when rather than if. Hardy’s teases are also much clearer now.

The most recent Instagram tease from Hardy, this time with a Halloween-themed caption.

Hardy was always pretty vocal about his interest in showing both Eddie Brock and Peter Parker together. His recent Instagram tease only reinforces that idea. Let’s be honest here, an onscreen showdown of these two legends would be a sight to behold.

Let’s also not forget about the picture of Hardy wearing a Spider-Man: No Way Home production cap which may hint at his presence in the upcoming movie. Whether that is in the form of a full-blown role, a cameo, or just a post-credit scene, we will know on December 17th when the long-awaited movie finally releases. Make sure to follow MCU Geeks to not miss our review on the conclusion of the (first?) MCU Spider-Man trilogy.
